Word Form to JotForm Conversion

I need my existing 3 manual Word form rebuilt inside JotForm so it looks and behaves almost exactly the same. Every visual cue in the original—headers, sub-headers, standard text, all input fields, plus the borders and subtle shading—has to carry over so users feel no difference between the two versions.

Functionality matters as much as appearance. Certain sections must automatically show or hide based on earlier answers, and in a few spots the form should swap in context-specific messages or entire sections so the flow stays clean. JotForm’s built-in conditional logic will handle this; just wire it up so everything fires reliably.

When a user submits, JotForm must generate a PDF that mirrors the Word layout closely enough for direct client distribution. Fonts, spacing, header hierarchy, even border weights should match so I can hand the file straight to a client without extra edits.
