Word Form into Fillable PDF

I have an existing Word document that serves as a form and I need it turned into a clean, fully-interactive PDF. Every space that currently requires user input should become a single-line text field, with the exception of the email fields, which must include proper email validation so the PDF refuses anything that is not formatted

The finished file has to keep the exact look, spacing and fonts of the original Word version—no shifting of margins or graphics. I will provide the .docx right away; you return a tested, fillable PDF ready for end-users to complete and save.

Acceptance criteria:
• All fields are selectable and typeable in Acrobat Reader.
• Email validation fires correctly for each email field.
• No field allows multiple lines.
• Visual layout matches the supplied Word form pixel for pixel.
