Word Document Formatting Overhaul

I have an existing Microsoft Word file that already contains all the content I need; it just looks inconsistent. Your task is to apply clean, professional text styling throughout the entire document.

I will supply a short style guide that lists the exact fonts and point sizes to use for headings, sub-headings, body text, captions, and any call-outs. Once you receive it, I’d like you to:

• Replace every current style with the specified font family and size.
• Ensure heading levels are correctly assigned so the table of contents (if generated) works flawlessly.
• Check for rogue manual formatting and strip it out so the document relies on proper Word styles only.
• Deliver the final .docx file back to me, fully formatted and ready for distribution.

No content editing or layout changes are necessary—this project is purely about consistent typography. If you spot anything that breaks once the styles are applied (for example, text running onto extra pages), please flag it so I can decide whether to adjust.
