Word Docs Reformatted into PDFs

I have a batch of typed text documents currently saved as Word (DOC/DOCX) files. I need each one converted into a polished, professional-looking PDF that goes beyond simply preserving the original layout—I want fresh, consistent formatting applied throughout. Once the job is finished I expect files that open cleanly, display uniform fonts, headings, margins, and page numbering, and remain fully searchable.

You may use Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, or any comparable PDF toolset as long as the final output meets these standards:

• Every page follows the new formatting style we agree on.
• All hyperlinks, tables, and images (if present) render correctly.
• Text is selectable and copy-able; no rasterized pages.
• File sizes are optimized for easy sharing without visible quality loss.

Please let me know how many documents you can handle in one batch, the turnaround time you anticipate, and any style templates you recommend. I will supply the original Word files and, if needed, a brief style guide once we start.
