WooCommerce Store Optimization & Upgrades

My WordPress site already runs a fully functional WooCommerce store, but it needs a serious tune-up. I want to keep the current platform yet raise its performance bar in three key areas:

• Website speed and overall mobile experience
• Payments, shipping, and order-management workflow

Right now everything relies on WooCommerce’s standard payment and shipping options. I’d like these refined—whether that means streamlining the default setup, integrating a better gateway, or adding more granular shipping rules—so customers enjoy a faster checkout and I gain clearer order handling.

Core tasks will likely involve performance profiling, caching or CDN tweaks, mobile-first CSS adjustments, and any PHP or JavaScript fixes needed to remove bottlenecks. On the commerce side, gateway configuration, shipping table setups, automated emails, and back-office order status logic all need attention.

Acceptance criteria
1. Google PageSpeed Insights score of 90+ on mobile and desktop.
2. Fully responsive layout across modern iOS/Android browsers.
3. Seamless end-to-end checkout with test transactions approved on the updated payment gateway(s).
4. Shipping costs calculated accurately for domestic and international zones.
5. Orders reflected in the WooCommerce dashboard with clear status updates and email notifications firing without errors.

Please build any changes in a staging environment first, then push to live once tested. I can provide admin credentials, current plugin list, and host access as soon as we kick off.
