WooCommerce Site Migration & Redesign

I need a seasoned WordPress / WooCommerce pro to extract my entire existing store—about 25 GB of data—and rebuild it on a brand-new domain. Every element must come across intact: products, orders, customers, pages, media, and all settings.

While the data stays, the look will not. I’m aiming for a fresh design that feels modern, loads fast, and converts better than what we have now. The priorities are:

• A smoother, more intuitive shop and checkout flow
• A visually engaging homepage and refined page layouts
• Noticeably faster speed, solid mobile performance, and stronger search visibility

Deliverables
1. Full backup, export, and import of all site data with no loss or corruption
2. Installation and customisation of a new, responsive theme that matches our branding
3. Performance optimisation (caching, image compression, database cleanup, CDN or similar)
4. SEO-safe migration: proper redirects, meta data carry-over, and fresh XML sitemap
5. Zero-downtime switch-over, thorough post-launch testing, and short hand-over documentation

Acceptance criteria: every order and customer record appears correctly in WooCommerce, pages load without 404 errors, checkout completes flawlessly, GTmetrix or similar shows a significant speed improvement, and Google Search Console reports no critical issues.
