WooCommerce Sales Data Automation

I want my WooCommerce sales to flow straight into a Google Sheet (or Excel if you can prove it’s more reliable) without any copy-paste or CSV downloads. Each new order should land in the spreadsheet in real-time, capturing order number, date, customer name, product SKUs, quantities, discounts, taxes, shipping and net revenue.

The workflow today is purely e-commerce based—no POS or manual reports—so feel free to focus only on WooCommerce’s API and webhooks. I already have a clean sheet template; your job is to map the incoming fields, build the automation (Zapier, Make, custom Python, or another lightweight option you suggest), and test it with live orders so I can trust the figures at a glance.

Acceptance will be based on a full day of orders posting without errors or duplicates.
