Expert WordPress / PHP Developer Needed to Package a WooCommerce COD Store into a Licensed Reseller Theme + License Server Setup
We are seeking an experienced WordPress and PHP developer to build a complete end-to-end template licensing and sales automation system. This includes converting our existing WooCommerce Cash on Delivery (COD) store into a secure ready-to-sell theme package and configuring our licensing sales server.
Project Scope & Core Requirements:
Sales Platform & License Server Setup (System 1):
Configure our main website to handle incoming buyers, process payments, and generate automated purchase receipts.
Set up a centralized License Key server (using WooCommerce License Manager or a custom PHP API endpoint).
Theme Packaging, Sanitization & Protection (System 2):
Export our current WooCommerce COD store design and configurations into a clean, exportable .zip theme package.
Sanitize all personal data, API keys, test orders, and credentials while keeping the optimized COD checkout form (Name, Phone Number, State/Wilaya, Commune) intact.
Integrate the License Verification API snippet into the theme. Upon activation on a client's site, it must require a unique License Key that validates against our server and locks to their specific domain.
Expiry Date Integration: Support expiration dates (e.g., 1-month, 3-month, or 1-year subscriptions) with an automated daily check.
Auto-Delivery Flow:
Ensure that upon successful purchase, the system automatically emails the client their downloadable .zip file, generated License Key, and setup instructions.
Project Milestones (Payment Schedule):
Milestone 1 (50%): Complete setup of the License Management Server, payment/checkout integration on the main sales site, and initial API testing.
Milestone 2 (50%): Packaging the COD theme .zip, integrating the license verification code, end-to-end testing on a staging server, and final documentation delivery.
Deliverables Required:
Fully functional sales and license generation website.
The exportable Theme/Setup .zip package.
Full deployment and live test on a staging server before releasing any funds.
Step-by-step documentation explaining how to generate, manage, and extend license keys.
