WooCommerce Performance Troubleshooting Needed

My WooCommerce store has become painfully sluggish: pages hang for seconds, the site drops offline unexpectedly, and every so often it throws fatal errors that crash the whole shop. The core goal is to restore fast, stable performance without breaking any storefront features.

What I’m facing

The build is a standard WordPress + WooCommerce setup with just a few third-party plugins and a fairly lightweight theme. I suspect a mix of plugin conflicts, database bloat, and missing caching layers, but I need a systematic diagnosis rather than guesswork.

Scope of work

Acceptance criteria
• Home page consistently under 2 s load time, product and checkout pages under 3 s (tested with GTmetrix or WebPageTest).
• 99.9 % uptime during a 7-day observation window.
• No recurring PHP or WooCommerce errors in server logs.
