Fiverr Project Brief: Appstle Migration Setup & Coordination
The Task

We're migrating subscriptions from Loyalzoo and WooCommerce Subscriptions into our Shopify store, using Appstle Subscriptions. Appstle's own team will handle the actual technical migration — we need someone to:

Fill out Appstle's migration/import request form correctly, with accurate subscriber and subscription data.
Coordinate directly with Appstle's support team while they run the migration.
Test the results once Appstle completes it, to confirm everything came over correctly before we consider it done.
Background
Legacy systems: Loyalzoo (small subscriber base) and WooCommerce Subscriptions (~150 subscribers, payments processed through Stripe).
Destination: our Shopify store (already built, ready to go live), using Appstle as the subscription app.
Subscriber payment methods are stored in Stripe — the goal is for existing cards to carry over so customers don't have to re-enter payment info.
What we need from you
Gather the required subscriber/subscription export data from Loyalzoo and WooCommerce (we'll provide admin access or exports).
Fill out Appstle's migration intake form accurately and completely.
Submit it and follow up with Appstle support as needed until the migration is scheduled/run.
Once Appstle completes the migration, test a small batch of subscriptions (3-5) to confirm:
The subscription details are correct (product, price, billing interval).
A real charge actually processes successfully on the migrated payment method — not just that the subscription record looks right.
Report back with results, and flag anything that didn't migrate cleanly so we can follow up.
Important context

We're aware of a case where a similar Stripe-to-Shopify migration through Appstle went badly for another merchant — their payment approval rate dropped sharply after migration, and it took over a month of back-and-forth with support to resolve, with real revenue lost in the meantime. This is why testing actual charges (not just checking that the data imported) matters — please don't mark this complete until real charges have been verified.

What we'll provide
Loyalzoo and WooCommerce admin access (or can provide data exports directly).
Shopify store admin access.
Appstle app access within Shopify.

Familiarity with Shopify and subscription apps (Appstle experience a plus, but not required since their team does the technical work) — mainly need someone detail-oriented who can manage a data intake form accurately and follow through on testing/support coordination.
