I am starting a new line of ready-to-wear women’s pieces—mainly dresses, pants, palazzos and coordinated sets—produced in cotton and polyester. Your role is to translate my style sheets and size specs into perfectly cut panels that flow straight from cutting table to stitching without re-work.

The work centres on bulk production, so I expect you to optimise fabric yield, mark sizes accurately and double-check notches and grainlines before a single layer is sliced. Whether you work on manual lay-planning or with Gerber/Optitex CAD, consistency and speed are equally important because the styles share common blocks and must hang the same across runs.

Deliverables I will sign off:
• Complete markers for each size set in PDF or native CAD format
• Fabric consumption report showing wastage percentage per style
• Neatly bundled, size-labelled cut panels ready for the sewing floor

Pieces will be released style by style; successful collaboration on the first batch will lead to ongoing cuts as the collection expands.
