Fashion Tech Pack Designer Needed – Women’s Dress + Embroidery Experience

Looking for an Experienced Fashion Tech Pack Designer with Embroidery Knowledge
I have a women’s dress design that was initially developed as an AI-generated concept image, and I’m looking for an experienced fashion technical designer / tech pack designer to convert it into a complete, production-ready Tech Pack for a garment manufacturer.
The dress includes detailed embroidery, so I need someone who has good technical knowledge of embroidery for garment production, not only general fashion design.
I need the Tech Pack to clearly communicate all the details the supplier needs, including:
- Professional front and back technical flats
- Garment construction details
- Measurements and size specifications
- Fabric recommendations/specifications
- Stitching and finishing details
- Embroidery placement and exact dimensions
- Embroidery technique, density, scale and production notes where required
- Clear instructions for how the embroidery should interact with seams, panels and garment construction
- Trims, closures, labels and other required details
- Any important production notes needed to avoid misunderstandings with the factory
I’m looking for someone with real garment manufacturing experience, especially in women’s dresses and embroidered garments.
Please send examples of previous production Tech Packs, preferably for dresses or garments with embroidery.
I already have the design direction and reference images. I need someone who can translate the design into technically accurate, manufacturable details and clearly communicate everything to the supplier.
