Wix Studio + Wix Bookings Developer Needed for Custom Youth Program Registration System

We are developing Kidletic Sports, a youth enrichment and sports platform, and are looking for an experienced Wix Studio developer with strong Wix Bookings and Velo experience to complete the program registration portion of our website.

The main marketing website and mobile designs are already substantially developed. This project is specifically focused on implementing a streamlined program discovery, registration, payment, and administration system using Wix Bookings as the core platform.

This is not a project to build an entirely custom booking system from scratch. We want to take advantage of Wix Bookings, Wix Members, Wix Payments, Wix CMS, and other native Wix functionality wherever possible, using Velo/custom development only where necessary.

The system will generally need to support parents being able to search for nearby programs, view program information, register a child, provide required participant information, accept/sign required waivers, pay online, and receive confirmation.

On the administrative side, authorized staff will need to create and manage programs, schedules, locations, capacity, registrations, rosters, attendance, and communications with registered families.

There will also be some custom functionality around the Program Finder, including location-based searching and filtering.

Developer We Are Looking For

We are specifically looking for someone with demonstrated experience in:

* Wix Studio
* Wix Bookings
* Wix Members
* Wix Payments / Wix checkout
* Wix CMS
* Velo
* Custom search/filter interfaces
* Mobile-responsive Wix development
* Wix roles and permissions
* Integrating custom front-end experiences with Wix-native backend functionality

Experience building registration systems for classes, camps, courses, sports programs, events, or similar businesses would be particularly valuable.

The approved mobile UI mockups have already been created. The goal is to reproduce the Kidletic customer experience closely while avoiding unnecessary custom development where Wix already provides reliable functionality.

IMPORTANT: Please do not propose moving the system to WordPress or another platform. We have already made the decision to build the MVP using Wix Studio + Wix Bookings.

I will shortlist approximately 3–5 qualified developers. Those developers will receive our detailed Version 1.1 requirements document and mobile screen mockups and will then be asked to provide a final scope, timeline, and fixed-price proposal.

We are looking for someone who can not only complete this project efficiently, but potentially become our long-term Wix development resource as Kidletic Sports grows.
