I run a small, volunteer-led non-profit and we’re ready for a modern website that helps us serve members, share information, and accept payments without adding technical overhead. The entire build must live on Wix so that our team can safely handle routine edits once the project wraps up.

Core functions
• Membership management – secure registration, individual log-in, and profile editing.
• Member directory – searchable for logged-in members only.
• Member communication tools – broadcast emails and in-dashboard notices that route through our existing domain’s email service.
• Fundraising and fee collection – seamless checkout powered by Zeffy’s payment widgets, visible both to members (dues) and the public (donations or event tickets).
• Informational pages – clear sections for our mission, events, resources, and a news/blog area we can update ourselves.

Integration requirements
The Zeffy payment flow, domain-based email management, and all Wix-native CRM features must work together smoothly. Please configure DNS, SSL, and any necessary Wix Marketplace apps so everything functions from day one.

Deliverables
1. Fully designed, responsive Wix site with the features above, ready for launch.
2. Step-by-step admin guide (text or short screencasts) showing how our volunteers can edit pages, approve new members, and pull email lists.
3. One live walkthrough call to verify every element—registration, directory search, Zeffy checkout, and email sends—operates as intended.

Success is a launch-ready site we can confidently maintain ourselves, with no coding knowledge required. If you have previous Wix builds that include member portals or Zeffy integrations, those examples will help me choose quickly.
