I need an expert who can shepherd my existing personal-care app through Wisconsin’s Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) certification process with Sandata. The platform already captures worker and client names, visit start and end times, GPS location, and task completion, but it currently sends nothing to Sandata.
Your role is to work directly with the Wisconsin DHS and Sandata guidelines, gather and complete every required document, map or build the correct data feeds or file uploads, and flag any gaps in our application so my developers can adjust quickly. Clear, practical recommendations on code changes or configuration tweaks are essential; I am not looking for generic checklists but for actionable, test-ready specifics that will earn approval.
Deliverables
• Full documentation package and implementation plan, aligned to Sandata’s onboarding checklist, ready for our signature and submission
• Technical guidance that enables either API integration or compliant file creation, whichever proves faster for certification
• A summarized change log for my dev team, showing each modification, its purpose, and its test result
• Final confirmation paperwork or email from Sandata/Wisconsin DHS proving certification
Payment is structured 50 % on completion of the documentation and test package, and 50 % once final certification is granted.
