Wireless Network Configuration Troubleshooting

Our office Wi-Fi has started acting up: devices drop off at random and new ones fail to obtain an IP address. From everything I can see, the problem is rooted in configuration errors somewhere between the access points, DHCP settings and firewall rules. I need someone who lives and breathes network troubleshooting to step in remotely, examine the current wireless setup, spot the mis-configurations, then implement and document a clean, stable fix.

You’ll have secure remote access to the controller, individual APs, the gateway firewall and the Windows server that handles DNS/DHCP. Feel free to leverage any standard diagnostic tools—packet captures, spectrum analysis, controller logs—whatever helps you zero in on the fault quickly.

Deliverables
• Identify the exact configuration errors affecting wireless connectivity
• Apply a corrected configuration and verify stable performance (no drops for at least two hours of continuous load testing)
• Provide a brief report outlining root cause, changes made and any recommendations for future upkeep
