Windows US Visa Slot Booker

I need a native Windows desktop application that can constantly check United States visa appointment calendars and, the moment a suitable time opens up, lock in the slot automatically. The flow should be simple: a traveller (with an individual login and profile) enters their DS-160 details, selects the consulate and preferred date range, then leaves the program running. In the background the software polls the official site, detects newly released times, and finalises the booking without further input.

Core requirements
• Runs reliably on Windows 10/11 with an intuitive, lightweight interface
• Secure user-account system – e-mail/password login, saved traveller profile, encrypted local or cloud-stored credentials
• Real-time slot availability checking at adjustable intervals
• Fully automated reservation once a match is found, including form submission and confirmation capture
• Logging dashboard that records each check, booking attempt, and final confirmation number

I am open to the technology stack—C#, .NET 6/7, Python + PySide, or another reliable Windows-friendly framework—so long as it delivers a stable, maintainable solution. If you can also add optional push or e-mail notifications later, note that in your approach, but for now the two key pillars are accurate availability monitoring and truly automatic booking.
