I need a compact SCADA application that will simply display my level radar readings through a software interface running on Windows. The focus is strictly on clear, real-time visualisation—think straightforward value read-outs, trend graphs if convenient, and alarm pop-ups whenever limits are breached.

My current use case is “Display level radar”, so the whole project circles around connecting to that single instrument, polling it at a sensible rate, and showing the data with zero clutter. If you can keep the install footprint light and the UI intuitive, we will be on the same page.

Deliverables
• Windows-ready executable or installer
• Config file (or editable section) where I can set COM/IP parameters, thresholds, and units
• Brief user guide covering setup, runtime operation, and basic troubleshooting

Acceptance criteria
1. Level radar value updates on screen without noticeable lag.
2. High/low alarms trigger correctly and can be acknowledged.
3. Application runs on a standard Windows 10/11 machine without extra paid dependencies.

If you can tackle driver/communication quirks and present a clean, rock-solid interface, let’s get started.
