Windows Python Project Setup

I have a complete folder containing all the files for a Python application, but it isn’t yet configured to run on my Windows machine. I need someone to walk me through—or remotely handle—the full setup: installing the right Python version, creating the virtual environment, resolving any missing packages or path issues, and confirming the project starts without errors from my command line. Once it launches successfully on my computer, the job is done.
