I’m looking for a knowledgeable technician who can jump in and sort out problems on my Windows-based desktop. I’m not yet certain whether the root cause is hardware, software, or networking, so I need someone comfortable troubleshooting the full stack—from driver conflicts and sluggish performance to connectivity glitches.

Ideally, you’ll connect remotely, run a quick diagnostic, explain what you find in plain language, then walk me through the fix or apply it yourself with my permission. Once everything is stable again, a brief summary of the steps taken and any preventive recommendations will wrap things up.
