Windows & Linux Software Support

I need an experienced technical support engineer who can resolve software-level issues on both Windows and Linux systems. Typical requests will include troubleshooting application errors, installing or updating packages, and guiding end users through configuration steps.
When you respond, focus on your hands-on experience with similar multi-OS environments. Briefly outline the kinds of software problems you have solved and the tools you rely on (PowerShell, Bash, remote desktop utilities, monitoring or ticketing platforms, etc.). Clear examples of past success on Windows as well as any major Linux distributions will help me gauge fit quickly.
I will share specific tickets and access details once we agree on scope, but for now I just need to see that you have the depth of experience to move efficiently between the two operating systems and close issues without lengthy back-and-forth.
