I need a short, engaging promotional video that sells the benefits of our residential window line. My vision blends crisp live-action shots of real installations with animated call-outs and graphics, so viewers see the product in real homes while key specs pop onscreen.

The story should move quickly—about 60–90 seconds—opening with everyday homeowners, then transitioning into animated overlays that highlight:

• Durability
• Aesthetics

Footage of windows being installed, close-ups of hardware, and sunlight filtering through glass will supply the emotional pull, while the animation can visualize thermal performance, strength tests, and style options.

Please handle everything from creative concept, script, and storyboard through final edit, including royalty-free background music and basic voice-over (US English). Final deliverable: 1080p MP4 ready for our website, YouTube channel, and social feeds, plus a 15-second cut-down for ads.

Acceptance criteria: clear mixed-media style, all three benefits called out, consistent branding (logo/colour palette provided), and files delivered within two weeks of kickoff.
