I have an illustration that needs to be converted into a clean, production-ready Wilcom file for embroidery on 100% cotton garments. I’ll provide the artwork in vector and high-resolution PNG; your task is to translate every line, fill, and color stop into a stitch file that runs smoothly on cotton without puckering or thread breaks.

Key details you should keep in mind:
• Purpose: embroidery only, no screen-print or digital mock-ups required.
• Fabric: cotton, so please set densities, underlay, pull compensation, and tie-offs accordingly.
• Software: Wilcom is mandatory—send back the native .EMB as well as a standard .DST (or EXP) I can load straight into the machine.
• Color sequence: follow the artwork’s palette; I’ll confirm thread codes once you share a preview.

Acceptance criteria:
1. A virtual sew-out or PDF preview that matches the original illustration in proportion and detail.
2. Clean paths with minimal trims, efficient color blocks, and no jump stitches that could snag.
3. Final files delivered: .EMB, .DST, and the preview image within the agreed turnaround time.

If you need any extra notes about the artwork or hoop size, let me know and I’ll supply them right away.
