I wrote a draft Wikipedia article about someone I know, but because that relationship creates a conflict of interest I cannot publish or even edit it myself without breaching Wikipedia’s terms. I need you to take the draft, polish the prose, strengthen the neutrality of tone, and then guide it through Wikipedia’s Articles-for-Creation peer-review process.

My main goal, as I noted in the form (“Edit/improve writing and submit the page for peer review (creators)”), is to have a well-written, policy-compliant page that stands on its own merits. Please work directly in your sandbox, rewrite any promotional phrasing into an encyclopaedic style, verify every claim, and replace or supplement existing references with reliable, independent sources—no primary or affiliated links.

Once the content meets the notability, verifiability, and neutrality standards, submit it for review and keep an eye on the AfC queue until a decision is reached, responding to any reviewer comments if they appear.

Deliverables:
• Revised draft in your sandbox with neutral language and inline citations.
• List of added third-party sources (URL + publication).
• Submission to AfC and a brief hand-off note explaining next steps or reviewer feedback.

I will supply the current draft as soon as we start.
