Wikipedia Biography Restoration

I need an experienced Wikipedia contributor to bring an individual biography back to the English site. You will start by digging through the deletion logs, the archived versions of the old page and the existing Spanish article, then weigh everything you find against WP:BIO and WP:GNG. Independent coverage is available in several reputable news articles; those will anchor the citation list, so every statement must trace back to a verifiable source.

The finished text has to remain strictly neutral while showing the subject’s key achievements and overall career arc in balanced measure—no promotional tone, no editorial flourishes. Once the draft meets sourcing and style guidelines, you’ll follow the formal path for restoration or, if needed, create a new draft through Articles for Creation. Throughout the process you must work from your own eligible editor account, place the correct paid-editing and conflict-of-interest disclosures on both your user page and the article talk page, and stay responsive to any reviewer questions.

Deliverables
• Side-by-side list of reliable sources with links or full citations
• Clean, fully referenced article markup in userspace or draft space
• Record of the submission or Undeletion Request and subsequent reviewer comments
• Final live article link (or confirmation that consensus was not achieved, with explanation)

I’ll consider the job complete when the article is restored or accepted in mainspace and has survived the standard review window without immediate tags.
