After the assessment I’ll require an itemised plan that spells out recommended solutions, estimated time frames, and materials. Once we agree on that roadmap, you will proceed with the repairs or bring in specialist subcontractors you trust, while remaining my single point of contact. All work must follow current local building codes and best-practice safety standards; licensed electricians, plumbers, or roofers can be introduced as needed, but you will oversee quality control throughout.
