Whole Home Interior Design Guidance

I have full architectural drawings for our renovation in Brasschaat, but the interior still needs a cohesive vision. The main renovations are turning the garage into a mud room, opening up the attic & turning it into a master bedroom (inc bathroom and dressing) and moving the kitchen + opening up a part of our back facade to create more space/light. I’d like an experienced designer to look at ~75% of all our rooms—kitchen, bedroom, two bathrooms, dressing, mud room, children’s study/second living room, washing room and pantry—and tell me three things for each one:

• The smartest layout and dimensions so furniture flows naturally and circulation feels effortless.
• What should actually live in each zone, from built-ins to loose pieces.
• A realistic palette of finishes, fixtures and materials that ties the house together without losing the individual character of every room.

You’ll receive the current floor plans in PDF and DWG. I’m happy to jump on a video call and/or to deliver more pics & details to walk you through our lifestyle, storage needs and aesthetic preferences before you begin. The final package should come back as an overall strategy (color palettes/moods/etc. so the entire house feels like a cohesive ensemble), an annotated plan set, mood boards or material sheets for every space, and a concise specification list I can hand straight to the contractor.
