I am preparing to launch a commercially-sold white phenyl line and need an experienced formulator who can give me a proven concentrate that dilutes at roughly 1 litre to 50 litres without losing clarity, stability, or cleaning power.

• A complete formulation with ingredient names, purities, and exact percentages.
• Step-by-step manufacturing instructions: order of addition, agitation speeds, temperatures, pH adjustment, preservatives, and any required maturation time.
• Quality-control parameters—viscosity, specific gravity, microbial load, shelf-life testing protocol.
• Safe handling and packaging guidance, including container material suggestions and dilution directions for end users.
• Troubleshooting notes (e.g., how to correct haziness or fragrance fade).
