Whimsical BPMN Pharmacy Workflows

I need a set of crisp, easy-to-follow workflow diagrams built in Whimsical using proper BPMN notation. The immediate goal is to streamline our prescription-processing lane, so every step you map should clearly show how the work moves, where hand-offs happen, and which decision points slow us down. By spelling out the steps and procedures, the roles and responsibilities, and every key decision point, we can zero in on efficiency gains and remove bottlenecks before they hit the counter.

You’ll receive current SOPs, transaction data, and floor layouts to translate into diagrams. Your job is to:

• translate the existing narrative SOPs into visual BPMN flows in Whimsical
• flag redundancies or gaps you notice and suggest optimizations in-line
• deliver shareable Whimsical links plus exportable PNG/PDF files for training use

Experience inside a retail or hospital pharmacy is a big advantage because I won’t have to explain controlled-substance checks, insurance rejections, or DUR alerts. If you have portfolio samples of pharmacy, healthcare, or similarly regulated environments, please include them so I can see how you handle compliance detail.
