Whimsical AI Story Illustrations

I have a nine-page picture book for children aged 3-5. I drafted the art myself with AI tools, but the results feel flat and inconsistent. I need each illustration redone—still generated or heavily refined with AI—so they truly sparkle for a preschool audience.

The tone I’m after is whimsical and light, with warm colours and, above all, expressive characters that instantly show what they feel. Backgrounds can stay simple; the storytelling should live in the faces and body language. Expect playful lines, soft palettes, and plenty of imagination.

What I will provide:
• The current manuscript with rough images and notes on the mood of each spread.
• Any prompts or seeds I already tried (use, tweak, or replace as you see fit).

What I need back:
• One finished, high-resolution illustration per page (9 total), ready for print and digital (PNG and layered PSD or similar).
• Source prompts or diffusion settings so I can reproduce style consistency later.
• A brief hand-off guide on how you achieved the look, in case tweaks are needed.
