I need a complete architectural design for the bin hopper shown in the attachment. Its sole purpose is to support an Australian wheelie-bin cleaning service focused on residential customers, so the layout, access points, and wash-down areas all have to be scaled to standard household 120 L and 240 L bins.
The drawings should illustrate the hopper’s overall form, internal slopes for wastewater run-off, safe bin-loading angles, and any structural framing required to keep the unit stable during high-pressure cleaning. Please show materials and finishes that can cope with constant moisture and detergent use, and allow for straightforward maintenance.
Deliverables
• Dimensioned plans, sections, and elevations
• A 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) for visual review
• Construction details that a fabricator can follow, including drainage points and hose connections
• A brief specification sheet highlighting material choices and expected durability
I will review initial concepts and provide quick feedback so we can lock the final set of drawings for fabrication without multiple revisions.
