I already have full dimensioned sketches, reference models, and every critical measurement for a new wheelchair. What I need next is a production-ready CAD package that takes those inputs and converts them into a complete wheelchair assembly, fully detailed for fabrication.

Your final files should show every part—frame, seat, wheels, and all fasteners—assembled exactly to spec, with clear call-outs for materials, tolerances, and finishes so a machine shop can move straight into cutting, bending, and welding. A parametric 3D model (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar) plus properly laid-out 2D drawings in PDF/DWG form will let me adapt the design later and hand individual part files to suppliers. Please include a clean bill of materials that ties part numbers and quantities to the drawings.

When I load your files, I expect:
• One master assembly that opens without missing references
• Fully detailed orthographic views, section views where needed, and exploded view with ballooned BOM
• Critical dimensions and GD&T called out clearly for production

If this matches your expertise and workflow, I’ll share the existing drawings immediately so we can start refining the model together.
