WhatsApp Support Bot Development

I need a WhatsApp bot focused purely on customer support. The bot must be able to pick up three core tasks straight away: answering the most common questions, troubleshooting basic issues, and giving up-to-the-minute order-status updates.

All interactions should feel natural whether the customer types, records a voice note, or sends photos, videos, or other media. In short, the same conversation flow has to work seamlessly across text messages, voice messages, and multimedia messages.

Please build on the official WhatsApp Business API (or another Meta-approved solution) so the deployment and scaling stay compliant. A lightweight dashboard or clear webhook structure for my team to view transcripts and step in manually is important, but I’m open to whichever framework you normally use—Dialogflow, Twilio, Node, Python, or similar—as long as hand-off is clean and the code is well documented.

Deliverables

• Ready-to-deploy codebase with documentation and environment variables clearly separated
• Simple interface or webhook guide for live-agent takeover and chat history review
• Short hand-over call or video explaining setup, testing, and future edits

Acceptance Criteria
The bot must recognise the three support categories, respond within two seconds on average, fall back gracefully to a human agent on unknown queries, and pass end-to-end testing on both Android and iOS WhatsApp clients.
