I need a single solution that connects to both the official WhatsApp Business API and the Facebook Messenger (Graph) API so my team can automate every reply that goes out on these channels.
The core requirement is smart, hands-free responding:
• Pre-written template replies for common situations
• AI-generated answers when the template library falls short
• FAQ-based responses pulled from our knowledge base
You are free to choose the tech stack (Node, Python, or similar) as long as the code is clean, well-commented, and easy for us to host on our own server. The service must authenticate securely with each platform, listen for incoming messages via webhook, decide which reply type to trigger, and send it back instantly.
Acceptance criteria
1. A working API endpoint for WhatsApp and one for Facebook Messenger, both passing Meta’s compliance checks.
2. Dashboard or config file where I can edit templates and toggle AI or FAQ modes.
3. Clear setup guide plus Postman collection so my developer can test calls in minutes.
