WhatsApp Keyword Auto-Responder

I receive the same questions on WhatsApp every day and want them handled automatically. Your task is to build a small assistant that watches incoming WhatsApp messages, spots predefined keywords, and fires back a single, plain-text reply the moment a match is found.

How it should behave
• Scan each incoming message for the keywords I list.
• When a keyword is present (case-insensitive, anywhere in the text), send the fixed reply I paired with that keyword.
• If no keyword matches, do nothing.
• Support at least 100 parallel chats without breaching WhatsApp rate limits, logging each interaction (timestamp, sender, keyword, reply).

Tech requirements
You are free to use Python, Node.js, or another language you’re comfortable with, as long as it integrates cleanly with the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API or a compliant provider such as Twilio. Replies must be text-only—no emojis, no links. Keyword–reply pairs should be editable in a simple JSON/CSV file or lightweight web dashboard that I can update without touching code.

Deliverables
1. Complete source code and configuration files.
2. Step-by-step setup guide for an Ubuntu server, including webhook registration.
3. README showing how to add or change keywords and their fixed responses.

Acceptance test
I spin up the script, send a WhatsApp message containing a tracked keyword from another number, and receive the correct fixed text reply in under two seconds.
