WhatsApp & Instagram Limo AI Agent

I have a client that owns limousine company In Egypt (Egyptian ARABIC) and need an AI-powered chat agent running on both WhatsApp and Instagram that can greet prospects, answer questions, quote accurate prices, capture pick-up details, and hand the conversation to a human when required. The experience must feel as natural as speaking with one of my dispatchers.

Core expectations
• Integrate with Meta’s WhatsApp Business API and Instagram Messaging API (or an equivalent gateway).
• Use an NLP stack such as Dialogflow CX, Rasa, GPT-4, or a comparable LLM that you justify in your plan.
• Pull pricing from my existing rate sheet, apply distance- or time-based surcharges, and return a final figure in real time.
• Store transcripts and collected booking info in our CRM (HubSpot) or a lightweight database you recommend.
• Provide a simple dashboard or fallback command so staff can seamlessly take over chats.

I need the full system live in less than a month, so please map your timeline to that deadline. When you respond, include a detailed project proposal outlining architecture, milestones, required assets (training phrases, pricing tables, logos, etc.), and post-launch support. Feel free to reference past work or experience if it helps illustrate the approach, but the proposal itself is what I will evaluate first.

Acceptance will be based on a short scripted test: both channels must return correct quotes in at least 95 % of cases, log every interaction, and trigger the human hand-off flawlessly.
