WhatsApp Home Service Chatbot

I want to automate the way residents in my city book home services through WhatsApp. The flow is very clear:

• As soon as someone messages my business number, the chatbot must greet them and immediately display the service categories—home cleaning, painting and pest control—using quick-reply buttons.
• Once a customer taps one of those options, the bot should collect their name, address and preferred visit time in that exact order, confirm the details, and then log the request (Google Sheet, Airtable or a small admin panel is fine) so my team can dispatch the worker.

Please build, test and deploy this on the official WhatsApp Business API, Twilio or a similar provider, and give me a simple way to add or edit categories later without touching code.

• Visual conversation flow (PDF or PNG)
• Live WhatsApp bot connected to my verified number
• Automatic booking log with timestamp and all captured fields
• Short hand-over guide for future edits

Acceptance criteria
1. Typing “hi” shows the three categories instantly.
2. Choosing a category triggers the name ➜ address ➜ preferred visit time prompts.
3. A new row is created in the log within five seconds of confirmation.
4. The bot gracefully handles invalid inputs and loops back without crashing.
