I’m looking for a dependable hand to keep 4–7 active WhatsApp groups running smoothly. Your main focus will be real-time moderation and quick responses so every member feels heard and the conversation stays on track.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Monitor each chat throughout the day, reply to member questions within minutes, and escalate issues when needed.
• Enforce existing group rules politely, remove spam, and steer discussions back on topic whenever they drift.
• Post daily summaries or announcements that I provide, making sure they’re formatted clearly.
• Generate a brief end-of-day report highlighting recurring questions, flagged concerns, and any rule violations so we can keep improving the community experience.

You’ll be a good fit if you:
• Have proven experience managing WhatsApp groups or similar communities.
• Type quickly, maintain a friendly yet professional tone, and can juggle multiple conversations without missing details.
• Understand basic admin functions on WhatsApp (adding/removing members, adjusting settings, backing up chats).

Availability for peak hours in my time zone (GMT+7) is essential to keep response times fast.
