## Recruit 1,000 Voluntary Participants for a WhatsApp Campaign

**Budget:** $250–750 USD

I am looking for a freelancer experienced in audience recruitment to recruit **1,000 genuine people who voluntarily agree to participate in a one-time WhatsApp messaging campaign**.

You will be responsible for recruiting participants through legitimate channels such as online communities, advertising, social media, existing audiences, or other compliant acquisition methods.

### How the campaign works

Participants will be given a link that allows them to contact my WhatsApp Business account directly.

Each participant must voluntarily initiate the conversation and confirm that they agree to receive one promotional WhatsApp message from my business.

**You must not collect, purchase, scrape, or deliver participants' phone numbers to me.**

All participant information and consent will be collected directly through my own WhatsApp Business system.

I will handle message delivery and measurement myself.

### Target

Recruit at least **1,000 distinct real participants** who:

* Are genuine human users
* Have active WhatsApp accounts
* Voluntarily participate
* Understand that they will receive one promotional message
* Initiate the WhatsApp interaction themselves
* Are not bots, fake accounts, duplicated users, or purchased contact lists

Country, age group, and language are flexible unless otherwise agreed.

### Deliverables

You will provide:

* Recruitment of 1,000 qualifying participants
* Description of the recruitment channels/methods used
* Aggregate recruitment statistics
* Any advertising or recruitment materials used during the campaign

You are **not required to provide participants' names, phone numbers, screenshots of private conversations, or other personal information.**

Participant validation, consent recording, message delivery, and read-status measurement will be handled by my system.

### Acceptance Criteria

A participant counts toward the target when my system records:

1. A unique WhatsApp user initiating the conversation
2. Valid consent to participate in the campaign
3. Successful delivery of the campaign message

Final performance will be measured using aggregated campaign statistics from my WhatsApp Business system.

No bots, fake accounts, scraped databases, unsolicited messaging, or purchased contact lists are permitted.

All recruitment methods must comply with applicable platform rules and privacy laws.
