WhatsApp Bulk Promo API Setup

I need the official WhatsApp Business API configured so I can broadcast image-based promotional campaigns at scale. My aim is purely promotional: once everything is live I want to trigger bulk sends to thousands of numbers in one go, but always within WhatsApp’s opt-in and anti-spam rules.

What you will work with
• A clean, permission-based contact list is already in hand, so no scraping or data collection is required.
• Creative assets are image-heavy; message templates must therefore be approved to carry images.

Your tasks
• Complete or confirm Facebook Business verification, secure template approval, and enable the promotional (marketing) flag.
• Deploy the API on a suitable Indian server (or guide me on a reliable cloud option), link webhooks, and deliver an easy trigger method—Postman collection, simple panel, or comparable script.
• Implement best-practice number warming, rate-limiting, and fallback logic to keep the sending number healthy and compliant.
• Demonstrate a live send to a small test segment, showing delivery reports and error handling.

Acceptance criteria
A working endpoint that lets me upload a CSV, hit “send,” and watch image promotions reach the contacts with real-time status logs. Nothing less.

Because the campaign and payment flows are India-centric, I prefer an India-based specialist who already understands local DLT/​TRAI nuances for promotional traffic.
