WhatsApp Automation SaaS Dashboard

I need a robust, production-ready dashboard that sits on top of the official WhatsApp Business API and is offered in a true SaaS model. The core focus is message automation: the system must let my end-users create auto-reply flows and send broadcast messages to their contact lists with ease. Think of something that feels as clean as Intercom’s interface yet runs securely on my own cloud infrastructure.

Key elements I expect you to tackle:
• Seamless connection to the WhatsApp Cloud or On-Premise API, handling token refresh and webhooks behind the scenes.
• A visual or otherwise intuitive editor where users can define keyword-based or event-based auto-replies.
• Broadcast functionality that respects WhatsApp rate limits and template approval requirements, complete with simple audience segmentation.
• Multi-tenant architecture with role-based access so I can onboard clients under separate workspaces.
• Usage logging and basic analytics (deliveries, reads, failed messages) tied to each workspace.
• Stripe (or similar) subscription handling so plans can be limited by number of contacts, broadcasts per month, etc.
