When someone messages our WhatsApp number, the system should automatically:

* Welcome the person
* Ask whether they are a **Client** or **Job Seeker**
* Explain our services
* Provide our prices and placement fees
* Collect basic client requirements
* Register domestic workers
* Answer common questions
* Send the conversation to an administrator when human assistance is required

### Client Registration

The chatbot should collect:

* Name
* Phone number
* Location
* Type of worker required
* Salary budget
* Live-in/live-out
* Age preference
* Duties
* Start date

The information should automatically appear in the admin dashboard.

### Worker Registration

Workers should be able to register through WhatsApp by providing:

* Full name
* Phone number
* Location
* Age
* Type of work
* Experience
* Salary expectation
* Live-in/live-out
* Availability
* References

### Simple Admin Dashboard

We need a basic web dashboard where we can:

* View clients
* View registered workers
* Add/edit workers
* Add/edit clients
* Create vacancies
* Search workers
* Search clients
* View placement status
* View payments/fees
* See WhatsApp enquiries

### Basic Matching

The system should allow the administrator to search workers based on:

* Location
* Job type
* Salary
* Age
* Live-in/live-out
* Availability

The administrator can then select suitable workers and send their details to the client through WhatsApp.

### Notifications

The system should send simple automated messages such as:

* Registration confirmation
* New vacancy confirmation
* Interview confirmation
* Interview reminder
* Payment reminder
* Placement confirmation

We are looking for a **simple MVP**, not a complicated system.

The priority is:
