WhatsApp Auto-Responder Keyword System -- 2

I need a compact WhatsApp admin tool that listens for incoming chats and fires back automated replies whenever a keyword is detected. The twist is flexibility: some keywords will ship with the system, others I’ll add on the fly through an easy web dashboard. No broadcast lists or generic FAQ flows—just precise, custom keyword triggers.

You’re free to build in Node.js, Python, or PHP as long as it runs on my Linux VPS and uses the official WhatsApp Business API (or another fully compliant provider). Unofficial scraping libraries are out of scope.

Deliverables
• Installation script or Dockerfile that deploys the service
• Browser-based dashboard to add, edit, or delete keywords and their paired responses
• Import of an initial, pre-defined keyword set from CSV or JSON at first launch
• Real-time log view showing each incoming message and the keyword it matched
• Clear README covering setup, API credentials, and day-to-day maintenance

Acceptance criteria: within two seconds of receiving a test message containing any configured keyword—pre-loaded or newly added—the bot must return the correct response without needing a service restart.
