WhatsApp Auto-Reply Chatbot

I need a chatbot deployed on my WhatsApp Business number that can recognise common customer questions in both English and Spanish and return clear, pre-approved answers instantly. The goal is to reduce the volume of repetitive queries my small support team handles each day while keeping response quality high.

Core scope
• Connect to the official WhatsApp Business API (or an approved BSP) and handle the entire setup.
• Build or integrate an NLP layer that can match user intent to a knowledge base of roughly 60 FAQs.
• Provide an easy online interface or Google Sheet where I can update questions, answers, and fallback messages without touching code.
• If the bot cannot match an intent with high confidence, hand the chat over to a human agent and clearly flag the reason.
• Supply basic analytics (daily conversation count, hand-off rate, top unanswered questions).

Acceptance criteria
1. A live WhatsApp number I can message from any phone to test the bot.
2. At least 90 % correct response rate on the initial 60 FAQs during a demo session.
3. Step-by-step deployment guide so my in-house dev can re-deploy if needed.
4. Source code and all configuration files delivered in a Git repository.
