WhatsApp API Account Setup Needed

I need a fully-functional WhatsApp Business API account configured so I can start sending promotional offers to my customer list. My primary goal is marketing outreach, so the solution has to support template creation, approval workflows, opt-in management, and bulk message dispatch within Meta’s policies.

Please handle the entire process—from filing the Meta Business verification through to delivering the live API endpoint, phone number, and access tokens. I am open to either direct Meta hosting or an approved BSP such as Twilio, 360dialog, or Vonage; I simply need the route that gets me operational fastest without risking future compliance issues.
