WhatsApp API Account Setup

I need an expert who can walk me through securing an official WhatsApp Business API account—directly with Meta, not through any third-party reseller. The account will be used for high-volume promotional broadcasts aimed at boosting sales, so template approval and compliance with Meta’s policies are critical.

Scope of work
• Complete application and verification inside Facebook Business Manager.
• Configure the number on WhatsApp Cloud API (or on-premise if that proves more suitable).
• Set up one sample promotional template and prove message delivery to at least 1,000 opted-in contacts.
• Provide clear, repeatable steps so my in-house team can scale campaigns on our own afterward.

Acceptance criteria
1. Business Manager and phone number fully approved and live on API.
2. Promotional template submitted, approved, and delivered without rate-limiting or flag.
3. Brief hand-off document covering daily sending limits, opt-in best practices, and compliance pointers.

Only freelancers based in India will be considered. When you respond, focus on your hands-on experience obtaining WhatsApp API approvals and running large promotional pushes; no need for lengthy proposals.
