WhatsApp Advisor Chatbot Dashboard -- 2

I need a full-stack solution that brings together a WhatsApp-based advisory chatbot and a web dashboard. The bot will live on the WhatsApp Business API and deliver real-time advice to my users; the dashboard will let me control everything that happens behind the scenes.

Core dashboard focus
• User management is the heart of the build. I must be able to:
– Assign and edit user roles and granular permissions
– Track individual user activity (logins, conversation history, basic usage stats)
– View and update user profiles in one place
- provide in-depth insights
- allow tracking tools for analytics of specific components etc

Chatbot requirements
• Connect to the official WhatsApp Business API (no unofficial libraries)
• Support scripted and AI-driven replies so it can act as a smart “Advisor” rather than a simple FAQ bot
• Store conversation data in a secure database that the dashboard can query for the activity reports mentioned above

Tech notes & expectations
• I’m open on stack, but please suggest frameworks that keep hosting costs reasonable and make future feature additions (analytics, broadcast messages, etc.) straightforward.
• Clean, well-documented code is essential; handover must include setup instructions and any environment variables.
• Once delivered, I will test role permissions, confirm activity metrics match the database, and run live advisory chats before sign-off.
