I need a single, streamlined WhatsApp-based admin chat that serves two purposes at once: handling customer order inquiries and giving my internal team a real-time messaging space.
Scope
• Set up or connect to the WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API, Twilio, or a similar approved gateway).
• Build or configure an admin dashboard where agents can:
– Respond to customer order questions from one unified inbox.
– Switch seamlessly to an internal channel for real-time team discussions.
• Ensure message routing clearly distinguishes external chats from internal threads.
• Include search and simple tagging so agents can locate past order conversations quickly.
• Provide basic onboarding documentation so new staff can get started without extra training.
Tech preferences
I’m open to Node.js, Python, PHP, or a no-code SaaS connector—as long as it delivers reliable real-time messaging and is easy for non-technical staff to use.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional WhatsApp admin chat environment, deployed and ready to test.
2. Source code or configuration files with clear instructions.
3. A brief hand-over call or screen-share to walk me through day-to-day use.
