I need a reliable screening partner to run employment and education reference checks on candidates based in Wexford, Ireland. For every person, I will send you a signed consent form along with full contact details for their former employers and academic institutions so you can speak directly with the right people.

Your job is to:
• Contact the named referees, confirm dates, roles/qualifications, and note any re-hire or academic standing comments.
• Log each call or email (time, date, contact name, position, outcome).
• Compile a clear, factual report for each candidate—GDPR-compliant and suitable for audit—within 48 hours of receiving their file.
• Flag any contact you cannot reach after three attempts and suggest next steps.

Before the first file arrives we’ll agree on a simple report template; after that, just deliver the completed checks and a quick status note if an item is still pending.

Experience with background screening, employment verification, education verification, and Irish data-protection rules will be essential for a smooth, confidential process.
