I’m in the very first days of launching an online-only dropshipping store that will serve both rural and urban customers across West Bengal. Because I’m still at the “blank-canvas” stage, I want a hands-on mentor who can walk me through every critical decision rather than just handing over generic tutorials.

The core guidance I need covers:
• Product selection and sourcing
• Marketing and sales strategies
• Logistics and delivery management

Here’s the picture so far: I have no inventory, no fixed platform, and no supplier agreements yet. What I do have is a clear vision of reaching customers from Kolkata right out to the smaller towns where delivery networks are thinner. Your role is to help me choose the right ecommerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, or whatever you feel is best), lock in reliable suppliers, craft creative campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, and regional channels, and put together a shipping plan that actually reaches remote PIN codes at sustainable margins.

We’ll set up regular calls, shared workspaces, and simple milestones so I can measure progress— for example, shortlist of 20 viable products, first live ad set, and a proven courier workflow with COD support.
